Please join us at the Nidderdale Health & Wellbeing Fair on Saturday 5th October, from 10am to 1pm. The event, to be held at the Pateley Bridge and Bewerley Memorial Hall, will feature over 25 local charities, groups and organisations showcasing the services that are available in Nidderdale to promote people’s wellbeing.
Jackie Rowbottom and Kerry Burton from the Cancer Information and Support Service will be attending the event, alongside representatives from Yorkshire Cancer Community, Whitewoods Therapy and Make it Wild (Summerbridge), plus many more.
Taster sessions on the day will include a session on mindfulness with MIND, a taster session for Dancing for Wellbeing as well as a taster Reiki session;
Entry is free and there will be a cafe serving home-made cakes and hot drinks.
