Free angling sessions at Swinton Park Hotel: Tue 1st September
Regular viewers of ‘Gone Fishing’ may be familiar with the Cancer and Pisces Trust, a charity which aims to enhance the lives of cancer sufferers and their carers through access to angling.
The charity offers angling experiences at three venues across the country. Locally, in conjunction with the Swinton Park Hotel, the Trust enables cancer sufferers and their carers to enjoy access to the well-stocked fishing lake in the estate grounds.
The charity runs a number of angling days each year with two fishing sessions running on each day and a free picnic lunch provided between the sessions. Please click on the link for more information about the upcoming events at Swinton Park.
