Could you reduce your household’s water bill?
If you are struggling to pay your water bill, Yorkshire Water has several ongoing help schemes available to eligible customers.
WaterSupport
This is a bill cap scheme for low-income households. You might be eligible if you have household income below £21,000, or below £26,000 with dependants. Depending on your individual circumstances, you could see a bill reduction to £295.
WaterSure
This bill cap scheme is aimed at customers who have a water meter, claim an income-based benefit, claim Universal Credit and need to use extra water because they have a medical condition or three or more children.
Community Trust
This debt support scheme is available to customers who have have arrears with Yorkshire Water between £50 and £1500 and at least one priority debt.
