There’s less than a month to go until the MPN Voice Patients’ Forum on Tuesday 7th November in Leeds. Please come along if you would like to know more about MPN.

- The forum is free to attend, family and friends are welcome. You can attend the forum regardless of where you live or which hospital you attend, if you are prepared to travel, we will be happy to see you.
- Learn about the latest developments in Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs) which include Essential Thrombocythaemia (ET), Polycythaemia Vera (PV) and Myelofibrosis (MF).
- Meet fellow patients, haematologists and MPN specialist nurses in a relaxed and informal setting.
- Talk to other patients in the breakout groups for ET, PV and MF, where you can discuss everyday challenges and swap tips, plus a family and friends group
- Complimentary refreshments and a buffet lunch will be served during the forum.

There is no fee to attend this forum, however, we kindly ask that you consider making a donation to cover some of the costs for the lunch & refreshments, which is approximately £10 per person, donations can be made prior to attending at www.justgiving.com/mpnvoice or at the forum, thank you.
