Join the Living Well…Programme for a series of group sessions led by a team of Specialist Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and a Dietitian. The four-week rolling programme starts on Thursday 4th December.

- Living well with…Eating and Drinking
One hour sessions on Thursday mornings at the Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre at Harrogate Hospital.
The purpose of these sessions is to educate, empower and introduce strategies to enable you to live alongside any symptoms that you may be experiencing:
Breathlessness: What can cause breathlessness and how does it affect you? The mechanics of normal and impaired breathing and strategies to ease the sensation of breathlessness.
Fatigue: What is fatigue, what can cause it and how does it affect you? The challenges of balancing activity and rest, strategies to help manage fatigue.
Keeping Active: What is exercise and how can it help? Exercising safely and who can help.
Nutrition: The importance of good nutrition. Practical suggestions to help with eating as well as you can.
