Supporting people affected by dementia across North Yorkshire.
Dementia Forward is a local charity which supports people living with dementia, and their families, across North Yorkshire. Founded in 2012, it offers pre and post-diagnosis support and currently has 8 Hub Clubs, wellbeing services in each area of the county, a team of 60 staff and over 200 volunteers. Some of the activities the charity offers include wellbeing cafes, singing groups, day services and young onset groups.

The charity has Dementia Support Advisors based around the county so you’ll always be speaking to someone who knows your local area and what other sources of support are available to you locally.
