Dancing for Well-being

Join a free dance session this March.

This March, Dancing for Well-Being is taking part in the national Let’s Dance campaign by opening their weekly groups to new participants free of charge for two weeks.

Across the weeks beginning 2nd March and 9th March, anyone new to Dancing for Well-Being can attend a session for free. The group welcomes people living with long term health conditions, memory difficulties, reduced mobility, bereavement or other emotional or mental wellbeing challenges, and anyone who simply needs a gentle way back into activity. Carers and support workers are also welcome to attend free alongside them.

The sessions prioritise enjoyment, connection and moving at a comfortable pace. No dance experience is needed.
